Ben Wheatley – Austin, TX Minority owner, H2Oxidation Inc.
Bruce Irick –Austin, TX
Regional Private Banking Manager and Senior Vice President, Wells Fargo. Bruce is a thirty-two year banking veteran primarily in the Private Banking line of business. Previous to joining Wells Fargo Bruce served as the Austin President for Green Bank.
Bruce is a founding board member of the Central Texas Folds of Honor. Folds awards academic scholarships to families of disabled veterans and to the families who have lost their lives in service to our country.
Bruce is on the state board for Capital CDC. Capital CDC is a 504 SBA lending entity that provides funds for small businesses throughout the state of Texas and New Mexico.
Bruce and his wife, Beverly, have two sons. Bennett is currently serving in the United State Navy and is stationed in Charleston, South Carolina as a member of their Nuclear Propulsion Program. Brandon is a Junior Business major at The University of Georgia.
Tony Poole –Austin, TX Director-Data Administration, BMC SOFTWARE
Tony emigrated from New Zealand to the United States in 1998 with his wife and young family. After a false start with a technology company in CA he finally landed in Austin, TX. Tony is a director of product research and development at the Austin campus of a Houston-based global software vendor. Tony’s two children both attend the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa – “Roll Tide!” Tony is also a stroke survivor.
Kyle Workman –Jewett, Texas
Kyle Workman, a Leon County resident, was a General Contractor for 15 years prior to selling his family business to focus his career on construction consulting, both project management and litigation support. In addition to volunteering at the Folds of Honor, Mr. Workman serves on the Advisory Committee of the Texas Homeschool Coalition and as President of the Leon County Sub-Regional Planning Commission. Married with 4 children, Mr. Workman enjoys spending time with his family and strengthening his faith.
Connie Calvin –Austin, TX Operations Manager, Austin Cloud First LLC
Connie Calvin is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in the Intelligence community, and as a Budget Analyst providing wing- and major command-level support. Upon retirement, Connie focused her attentions on family, church, and community, volunteering with a number of organizations. She achieved her MBA degree with honors through Concordia University Texas and has since started her own business, Calvin Personal Administrative Services. She also serves as Director of Operations for Austin Cloud First LLC, a company she co-owns with her husband, Joshua.
Ross Anders –Austin, Texas
Board Member Ross Anders has resided in Austin for more than 12 years. Ross has been involved in the Central Texas real estate and development community through general contracting, project management and design firm roles with the most current as the Director of Operations for STG Design. Ross has been involved with many notable projects in Austin including the Thinkery (Children’s Museum), Frank Fickett Service Center (Boy Scouts), State Capitol Dome Restoration, and multiple capital improvement projects with St. Andrew’s Episcopal and St. Edward’s University. With many friends and family as active or retired military personnel, Ross and his wife Tami, daughter Audrey and son Schultz is all very excited and passionate to be involved with our chapter and its charge.
