PROFESSIONAL BIO: Ross has been managing complex real estate development projects in Austin for over 20 years, currently as the Vice President and General Manager of Project Management Advisors, Inc. in Austin, TX.
PERSONAL BIO: Ross was born internationally and then moved over 10 times before the age of 18 throughout the U.S. Graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Construction Engineering and Management and has been working in development and construction as an Owner's Representative since 2005. Ross lives in West Austin with his wife and three young and very active children. Ross is a founding member of the Folds of Honor Central Texas chapter and has been involved since 2013 with the organization and its cause.
MILITARY AFFILIATION: Ross's Grandfather served in WW2 in the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops, known as the "Ghost Army," who were the first tactical deception unit in US Army history.

PERSONAL BIO: Brandon is a proud native Texan born in Corpus Christi,TX. Raised mainly in Houston he is a graduate of Baylor University with a BA Communications. Married to Kelly since 2001 he has two children Jackson( sophomore @Baylor) and Julia ( HS Senior @ Vandegrift and Committed to KU). Brandon has called Austin home since 2005 and lives in Steiner Ranch. He has actively supported and participated in FOH events since 2017. PERSONAL BIO: Rosson was born in the tiny town of Mooresville, AL but spent the majority of his youth in Boulder, CO. He attended University of North Carolina (BA English Comp) and Loyola University Chicago Quinlan Business School (EMBA). After Hurricane Katrina laid waste to New Orleans, Rosson was relocated to Austin, where he became enamoured with the startup world. After a few failed attempts and a couple of successes, Rosson exited the corporate world to purse his passion and started Austin Moto Ventures, a 30 villa adventure motorcycle training resort in Burnet, TX. AMV is a full service resort and training facility with 500 acres of pristine training grounds and food/bar operations. AMV will be open for business March 31, 2023. Rosson lives in West Austin with his wife, Brynna Connor, MD and their 4 dogs. He has one daughter, Sophie (23) who seems to be an intermittent resident of their home also.
MILITARY AFFILIATION: Entire paternal family was US Army except his grandfather, Elliott Dent, A Captain in Army Air Corps who received the Ace award in WWII with six enemy kills and five probable. He was shot down twice behind enemy lines in the Pacific but managed to survive and return to fight another day.

PROFESSIONAL BIO: Spent his first professional years in consulting, renewable energy developments, and private equity, where he developed a passion and aptitude for financial engineering, valuation, negotiation, and overall deal/transaction structuring.
Javier was first introduced to NadaMoo! via his college friend and CEO of the company, with whom he shares a passion for sustainability and wellness. He later joined NadaMoo! in 2017 as CFO and COO after helping lead a successful Series A Equity offering. He also oversees operations, product development and partners with the CEO on overall strategy.
Most recently, he led their debt capital raise, as well as a successful Series B Equity offering.
